I was never a big fan of Bill Clinton.  Check that.  I'm not a big fan of Bill Clinton.  A person in leadership needs to be a person of good morals, and I always got that creepy-yuppie-bar-dude vibe from him.  So, in honor of April Fool's Day, here is one of his finer moments.
